From March 28–30, 2025, NRCTC-Nepal organized a vibrant three-day Practice Sharing Workshop in Bode, Bhaktapur, bringing together 57 participants, including board members, the central team, and field-level staff. The workshop served as a platform to review peacebuilding progress, share regional updates, and collectively plan for the upcoming quarter. A significant focus was placed on strengthening fundraising strategies, particularly through enhanced collaboration with local governments—highlighted by the milestone that over 50% of conflict cases during the first quarter of NRCTP Phase VIII were supported locally. The event also featured engaging team-building activities, such as musical chairs, a quiz competition, and a futsal match, fostering unity, energy, and learning among staff. These interactive sessions reinforced a collective mindset, deepened trust, and enhanced organizational cohesion. Reflections by Executive Director Mr. Chup Bahadur Thapa and Mr. Amit Dhakal emphasized sustainability, strategic partnerships, and the shared mission of advancing peace and prosperity. The workshop concluded with key takeaways including renewed motivation, improved coordination, and a unified commitment to NRCTC-Nepal’s long-term goals.
